Tool and die makers are among the most skilled workers in manufacturing. We take pride in designing and producing all of our hard tools in-house. This enables us to minimize our costs and maintain control of the entire fabrication process. Making our tools in-house also allows us to provide the quickest, cost effective and most functional solutions to our customers various specifications. To determine the type of tool needed, we consider the material type and thickness, shape, tolerance, end-use and quantity.

Working from blueprints, we must first determine the sequence of operations necessary to manufacture the tool or die. We then measure and mark the pieces of metal that will be used to cut the pieces to produce the finished part. Next we cut, drill and bore the parts as required. Finally, the parts are assembled and tested and readied for production. This is all done in our tool room, complete with all necessary machinery, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
