As a Customer Service Rep you will work with a team on all or part of the entire sales support cycle, from quote preparation to order entry to customer issue resolution. To be successful, you’ll need a strong work ethic, a self-assured winning attitude and excellent time management skills. The responsibilities listed below will be assigned over time based on a number of factors including: your experience, your learning speed, your comfort level, as well as our customer requirements and our needs as an organization.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support customers by developing and building excellent relationships
• Assist sales reps with customer account maintenance and sales documentation
• Promote up-selling, cross-selling and current marketing campaigns during all customer calls
• Assist sales with qualifying leads, following up on quotes, and converting quotes to orders
• Know the competition and obtain competitive information
• Process estimates, quotes and orders within established guidelines, striving toward zero defects
• Exceed all established productivity standards
• Set increasingly aggressive goals for self to ensure superior job performance and career growth
• Provide customers with technical support and product specifications to exceed their expectations
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements regarding price, quality, specifications, and delivery
• Ensure timely response to all issues and inquiries
• Manage customer related requirements and issues proactively
• Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure customer satisfaction
• Continuously educate self and maintain superior knowledge of Willington products and procedures
• Occasionally accompany sales on customer visits attend trade shows, workshops and seminars

Qualifications:

• 3 years prior Customer Service experience, manufacturing environment preferred
• Preferred experience includes estimate processing, quote processing, order entry and sales support
• Two year college degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Self motivation, strong drive to satisfy customers, and a passion for exceeding goals
• Demonstrated success in exceeding customer satisfaction benchmarks
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel, internet, email, Google, PowerPoint
• Experience reading blueprints and familiarity with technical details
