Thank you for providing such an inspirational Lean Presentation and Tour of your facility on January 6th, showcasing where you are on your “Lean Journey” to the participants of Leanovations Lean Leadership Certification Program.
The discussions, presentations and tour showing your organizations Lean transformation and journey was an inspiration to all participants and a highlight of the week’s program.
The information shared and the opportunities to see the results on the factory floor were both encouraging and timely. Our only regret is that we did not have more time to spend with the whole team at Willington to learn more about what it takes to be successful with Lean.
We hope that you enjoyed meeting the members of the “Lean Leadership Certification Program”, and that you will consider additional visits for other Leanovations partners in the future. Willington’s “Lean Learning Environment” is a model other organizations can gain valuable insights.
