The Team at "The Willington Companies"

I want to take this opportunity to say "Thank You", for providing such an inspirational Lean Presentation and Tour of your facility this week, displaying where you are on your "Lean Journey" to the participants of Leanovations Lean Leadership Certification Program.

The presentation, discussions and tour showing your organizations Lean journey and transformation was an inspiration to all participants and a highlight of the week's program.

The information shared and the opportunities to see the results on the factory floor and in the office were both encouraging and timely. There were many "Golden Nuggets" gathered while at your facility and there was a big "WOW" from all the participants.

We hope that you enjoyed hosting and meeting all the members of the "Lean Leadership Certification Program", and that you will consider additional visits for other Leanovations "Lean Partners" in the future. Visits by other companies who are considering adopting a Lean culture would gain valuable insight and encouragement to develop a "Lean Learning Environment" such as the model your organization has developed.

Thank you again for allowing us to utilize your facility and for spending time to share your Lean experiences with us. Our only regret is that we did not have more time to spend with your team to learn more about what it takes to be successful with Lean.
