Donna puts details in perspective. With a built-in willingness to help, she answers questions, interprets blueprints and clarifies information for anyone who asks, whether in the front office or on manufacturing floor. She also maintains all die files for every machine in the plant.

When engineering a new project, her goal is efficiency—zeroing in on the critical information needed from clients, and providing it to her team, clearly and precisely, through marked-up drawings, email, or face-to-face conversations. When appropriate, she offers alternative design or production ideas that will benefit project cost and timing.

Donna’s personal life is filled with family, walking and hiking, and, depending on the season, watching auto racing or hockey.
