PAD PRINTING

TThe pad printing process uses rubber stamps to transfer images from etched plates to surfaces that are irregularly shaped, curved or difficult to reach. Products that are pad printed are commonly used in the electrical, valve, pump, medical, pharmaceutical, military, and sporting goods industries.

What type of product uses pad printing? Identification of pipe fittings for the pump and valve industry. The military has used dial indicators for different timing devices. HVAC systems use faceplates for commercial and residential heating and cooling components. Monitoring and sensor equipment for the medical industry has utilized pad printed dial indicators. The electrical industry has used dial indicators and faceplates for timing devices, motors, and measuring devices.

Storing of consignment parts at our facility prior to pad printing is negotiable. A dial indicator or faceplate requires accuracy for function. Our in-house graphic department will supply a detailed schematic of your pad printed part in a pre-production proof to confirm your requirements are satisfied.
