She continually looks for little improvements that will make projects run as smoothly as possible to reduce any stress her customers might be feeling.
Donna takes great pride in the expertise of the customer service team at Willington Nameplate and in the relationships they have with customers. She believes that respectful communication, both within Willington Nameplate and with customers, is the key to building relationships that stand the test of time.
At home, Donna enjoys spending time with her family and takes care of three cats, a golden retriever and a long list of house improvements that keep her busy and happy.
