Joseph is the face of Willington Nameplate for new customers. From the first call, he works to build strong relationships through honest discussions of pricing, specifications and delivery. Whether he is helping estimate new items, set up blanket pricing or update old drawings and designs, he treats every stage of a project as an opportunity to establish and solidify the value of working with Willington Nameplate.
Joseph is conscious of everyone’s time and challenges himself to be as clear and detailed as he needs to be, calibrating his communication based on industry and audience.
When not taking care of new customers, Joseph is raising two daughters with his wife, playing in a baseball league, giving private hitting lessons, and buying and selling in sports memorabilia and in other antiquarian markets.
