Michelle is modest about the role she plays. But in her position as a liaison between customers and company the care she takes to get things right is as plain as the scuba tanks in her living room. What do scuba tanks have to do with anything? She approaches her work the same way she approaches a dive: she learns the terrain she’s getting into, checks and double checks the details, communicates efficiently and effectively, and doesn’t panic in the face of the unexpected.

Whether she is researching materials and military specifications, preparing quotes, or solving unexpected challenges, Michelle likes to get to know the people on the other end of the phone so she can better understand their requirements and challenges.

When she isn’t diving you might find her taking care of home and family or spending time on the tennis court.
