Gershon is a graduate of UCONN, with a Master of Engineering and Master of Business Administration. He has certifications with the Project Management Institute, SAE International, Quality Management International, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He brings 15 years of experience in manufacturing and quality.

He enjoys spending time with his family, having cookouts and watching drama and investigative shows. He also does volunteer work at his local church and is a Milwaukee Bucks and Arsenal Football Club fan.
