Continuous improvement is a constant for Jess. Whether working to improve a client experience, streamline an in-house process or develop herself personally, Jess sees the way things are and looks for ways to make them better.

As Lean Lead, Jess is regularly involved in finding ways to create additional value for clients, for Willington Nameplate and for the people involved on both sides. She believes that cross-functional collaboration—where every team member acts as both student and teacher—holds great opportunities for learning and development. In the process of creating solutions together, she ensures that everyone is heard and treated with respect from beginning to end.

Jess is a frequent visitor to her local library and is always looking for the next interesting thing to do and learn. Jess splits her time between her family, running, and tinkering in her workshop.
