Susan treats customers and colleagues as she would like to be treated. She enjoys being able to interact with her fellow employees, listening to their challenges and getting them needed information so they can be successful in their work. She understands the importance of feeling up-to-date when a job is in flight—so she makes it a point to acknowledge communication from customers and keep them informed of changes as quickly as possible. Also, as the eyes and ears inside the plant for off-site account representatives, she monitors their projects as if they are her own.

Susan calls the people at Willington a great team of hard-working, friendly people who are very supportive of each other—and for her, that makes work feel more like home. And when she’s not being one of those hard-working, friendly people, she enjoys following local musicians, visiting wineries and playing pool in a league every week.
