Willington Nameplate Launches New Portal to Provide Customers with Easy Access to Order Activity

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On Tuesday, September 9, 2025 all current customers of Willington Nameplate will receive an invitation to register their company on the new Customer Order Portal.

The portal provides real-time information on orders, letting customers know whether the order is Open, Closed, or Shipped. Within those statuses, customers can locate the order date, estimated ship date, and other information by entering their Purchase Order (P.O.) number. There is also an Invoice component that allows customers to track their invoice history and share this data with colleagues via email, download, or print.

“This is just another way that Willington Nameplate can provide an Effortless Experience to our customers. Eliminating the time-consuming, weekly open order reports will save our customers valuable time and allow us to focus on getting products made and shipped out on time,” says Natasha Watson, Customer Service and Business Development Leader.
