I’ve been promoting and designing our company 6S program for 12 years. In that time our audit form has been re-invented numerous times in the true fashion of continuous improvement. Not only do we have company education on 6S with audit training, but we also have 6S blitzes where we put aside 30+ minutes once a month to work on bigger projects stemming from the 6S audit. The form I have featured is our latest rendition of the audit form. You might ask why don’t we have some numbering system attached to it. Well, we did and it became more about the number than actually learning to see the waste.
