Since 1965, Willington Nameplate has adapted and evolved into a successful, thriving nameplate manufacturer. The tenacious spirit on which the company was founded drives it today under the coaching of Brett Greene and his leadership team, consisting of Glenn Beauregard, Natasha Watson, Jose Morales, Jr., Dave Daly and Kitty Ricci. Together, they have brought Willington Nameplate into its next phase, where the company maintains a competitive edge through the implementation of cybersecurity protocols established by the Department of Defense.
Our company’s production motto is to provide an “effortless experience,” where the customer can expect clear communication within one day and orders are delivered on- time.
In 2023, the company became an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), and employees began to have a financial stake in the company’s success.
