Flexographic Printing

Ideal for High-Volume Temporary Applications

Fast-drying inks and flexible printing plates makes flexographic printing the recommended choice for high-volume print jobs. This process is well suited for temporary applications such as print packing materials, wrappers and tamper resistant void labels.

Specifications

Flexography is the key process used in the printing of packaging materials. The base material is rolled into the press, where it’s drawn through various positions. Each position, or print unit, prints a color. The effects are created by overlaying the shades of colored ink (cyan, yellow, black and magenta). The result is the completed image.
