Bosses on the BBQ! WNP Kicks Off Summer with Burgers & Dogs

Today, the leadership team took over the grills and served up a delicious summertime lunch for the entire staff at Willington Nameplate.

A great summer tradition, today’s BBQ is just one of many fun events planned for team members to show appreciation for the hard work and dedication they demonstrate each day.

“Fostering a positive company culture is a priority for the leadership team. We strive to provide a balance of work and fun for our employees,” explains President and grill master, Brett Greene.

Brett wants people who are evaluating the company, whether to apply for a position or to give us their business, to see that WNP prioritizes a culture of integrity, transparency and hard work, but also team building and fun.
