Chemical Etch Nameplates
Etched Metal Nameplates: Durability, Precision and Customization
Etched nameplates offer exceptional resistance to harsh environmental conditions such as extreme temperatures, moisture, chemicals and UV exposure making them ideal for aerospace, defense and industrial OEM.
The Chemical Etch Process
Images are etched into the metal substrate through a combination of resist ink and chemical processing. Nameplate images can be filled with paint for added aesthetic and functional value. Choose from aluminum, stainless steel or brass for nameplates that last at least seven years outdoors. Etching is an efficient choice for high-volume orders. We offer a wide range of finishing and fastening options.
