Reports to: Department Lead
Summary: Responsible for set-up and operation of roll form printing equipment, including Roll Screen, Flexographic and Hot stamp equipment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To maintain the highest quality standards and the right to stop production of any job if those quality standards are not met
- Willing to assist in any and all areas within the company on an “as needed” basis
- Proper and timely accounting of time spent and materials used into the M1 business system
- Follow standard work for all core processes
- Perform routine maintenance on the press as required
- Ability to prioritize daily work in an efficient manner
- Basic understanding of substrates, adhesives and caps
- Perform slitting and rewind activities as required
Level 1 Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Basic blueprint comprehension
- Communicates effectively both written and verbally
- Ability to perform and complete assigned tasks within a specified time frame
- Detail oriented
- Familiar with at least one machine within the roll department with the ability to setup and run said process
- Strong math skills
Level 2 Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. (Includes all qualifications from previous level)
- Strong blueprint comprehension
- Familiar with at least 2 to 3 machines within the roll department with the ability to setup and run said processes
- 3 to 5 years of roll form printing experience
- Able to troubleshoot basic printing and press issues
- Familiar with the majority of the work that moves through the roll department
Level 3 Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. (Includes all qualifications from previous level)
- Advanced blueprint comprehension
- 5+ years of full time roll form printing experience
- Familiar with all machines within the roll department with the ability to setup and run said processes
- Ability to train others on the different machines within the roll department
- Able to troubleshoot and help resolve any printing or press issues
- Can be counted on as a back-up resource to lead the department when team lead is out
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma, GED
- Experience with roll form equipment a plus

- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Repetitive motion involved
