To reduce lead times, customers are asked to provide important information at the onset of their orders by following some simple guidelines.

PURCHASE ORDER REQUIREMENTS
- a purchase order clearly stating the part number and revision
- a purchase order that reflects current pricing from a quote given within the last 90 days, with applicable fees included
- for UID/Serialized parts: the specific unique identification information and serial number range
- required written-deviation approvals at the time of order, if applicable. This requirement will be noted on the formal estimate.
QUOTE REQUIREMENTS
To provide a quote for an order, we must have the following information:
A legible blueprint with corresponding specifications
- finish specification or coating needed
- material and alloy of the base part (material hardness, if applicable)
- thickness and tolerance requirements
- size and dimensions of the part
- adhesive requirements, if applicable
- for colors other than black or white, please specify the Pantone PMS color
Quality clauses associated with the quote or contacts/locations where they can be obtained:
- first article inspection/PPAP requirements
- any part serialization requirements/variable data
