Natasha Watson

Natasha Watson is the Business Development and Customer Service Leader for Willington Nameplate. In this role, Natasha manages the customer service and estimating departments and oversees marketing and sales. Natasha served as Customer Service Manager for three years prior to taking over as department head. In her 21 years of customer service and leadership roles, including being the plant manager for a local printing company, Natasha developed strong organizational and project management skills. Her leadership style is rooted in open communication as demonstrated by her open-door policy and frequent meetings to stay connected to the people she leads. Natasha believes in providing thorough and supportive training to new employees and encourages employees to take ownership of their professional growth path.

Natasha received her BA in Operational Management from Southern New Hampshire University with a concentration in Project Management.
