Vicki Daniels has built a career in manufacturing starting in 1995 when she was joined New England Label Food and Beverage, a company acquired by Willington Nameplate in the mid-1990s. It was there that she gained experience in all aspects of label manufacturing.

In 2020, Vicki joined the Business Development team at Willington Nameplate where she parlayed her manufacturing expertise to the aerospace industry. Since then, she’s been building relationships with new customers primarily in aerospace. Today, it’s her understanding of sales cycles, fiscal goals, and buyers at top-tier companies such as Boeing and Northrop Grumman that successfully turns prospects into customers.

When asked about the best part of her job, Vicki says she enjoys interacting with prospects and customers and to make sure their experiences are as smooth as possible, “I like to listen to what they need and make sure their experience is positive.”
