For a long time Lynn was quiet and shy at work. She was happy to get her job done and keep to herself. But over the years, as she filled roles in customer service, purchasing, accounts payable and receivable, and accounting, she realized that one of her greatest joys was talking with other employees.

Now, having employee conversations is what she does. Whether she is communicating about policies and benefits or helping someone talk through a challenge they are going through, Lynn provides a reassuring presence that helps keep Willington’s family atmosphere alive. She makes sure that all employees know the significant part they play in the business, that their contribution is valued, and that the company is there to support them.

Lynn enjoys planning company parties, and giving back to the community by hosting blood drives and having food and toy collections. She spends her free time with her husband, family and friends as well as traveling, reading and volunteering.
