Over the course of 12 years with Willington Nameplate, Kitty Ricci has worn many hats!

Kitty’s journey at Willington Nameplate began when she was hired as the office receptionist in 2012. It wasn’t long until her 15 years of banking experience earned her new roles in both the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments. Eager to grow professionally, Kitty began assisting with job fairs and onboarding until the fall of 2024 when she was promoted to Human Resources Leader.

In this new position, Kitty manages recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits and internal communications. The company supported her continuous growth plan and provided a path for Kitty to earn her Associate Professional in Human Resources certificate in 2024.

When asked what makes her look forward to coming to work each day, Kitty replied, “I enjoy helping people and love everyone I work with. We have a great team!”
