Willington Nameplate Hires A New Team Leader

The Willington Nameplate family welcomes Chad Mooneyham as its new Team Leader. Chad will be responsible for all mechanical operations.
Chad has a simple mantra: continuous improvement. His inclination to ask, “what if?” often gets him into trouble in all the right places, and keeps us in step with progress.
Before coming to Willington, Chad progressed through the ranks within Barnes Aerospace in various supervisory roles. With more than 15 years of operations management in manufacturing, he is a natural fit for our small family-manufacturing environment.

Chad received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the NY Institute of Technology and holds certification as a Green Belt in Six Sigma. He is a psychotic Raiders fan and joins a mixed variety of devoted football fans at Willington. Chad and his wife Aimee reside in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts with their two children.
