Michele Smoly joined the company on 11/07/11 as a temporary employee, then started full-time on 02/06/12 as a Sales and Marketing Associate. In this newly created role she will work with a team on the sales support cycle, from quote preparation to order entry to customer issue resolution.She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Communication/Advertising from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts. “Michele quickly mastered her initial tasks while a temporary employee and displayed very good proficiency with more advanced tasks early in the training process.
